How your information will be used
The Pangbourne Twinning Association holds your contact information to enable us to keep you up to date with upcoming events, social meetings, administration of the Association and other information to keep you informed. We keep and use this information to enable us to run the Association effectively, lawfully and appropriately
If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to keep you informed of any events and issues that may arise in the future.
Nature and contact details of the organisation
As an organisation promoting and fostering friendship and understanding between the people of Pangbourne and District and those of Houdan in France and any other village or town with which the Association may later form links we:
a. Encourage visits by individuals and groups to and from twinned villages/towns
b. Develop personal contacts and by so doing, broaden the mutual understanding of the cultural, recreational, educational and commercial activities of the twinned villages/towns
c. Organise social events to foster camaraderie both within and outside the Association.
d. Organise fund-raising activities to finance the visits of the twinned towns.

We will only use the data to communicate with and report to members in pursuit of the activities listed above. This may include your name being mentioned in documents produced by the Association such as minutes, and other records of events in which you are personally involved.

Your personal data will be stored whilst you remain a member of the Pangbourne Twinning Association unless and until you request us to remove your data from the database
We do not disclose information about you to third parties outside the Pangbourne Twinning Association unless for some reason we are legally obliged to do so.
